Description
In this class you’ll learn how to perform the processes involved in all-grain brewing. These include: mashing, recirculation, lautering, and sparging. We’ll also demo two ways of sparging - fly sparging and batch sparging.
This class is for extract, partial mash, and Brew in a Bag brewers looking to have total control over every aspect of brewing. If you’re taking this course, we assume you’ve taken our Homebrewing 101 course or have a beginner’s knowledge of homebrewing -- wort production, fermentation and bottling.
Total running time: approx. 37 minutes plus quizzes and supplemental reading. Once you have purchased this course, you may watch it as many times as you like.
