Still Spirits Distiller's Range Gin and Brandy yeast is a particularly clean active dried yeast, specially selected for Gin production. This strain gives a neutral congener profile, making clean and crisp spirit alcohol perfect for showcasing your botanicals. Ideal for fermentation of sugar, potato, or grain mash for distillation of Gin spirit using the Turbo 500 Boiler or Grainfather Brewing System with either the Stainless Steel T500 Reflux Condenser or Copper T500 Reflux Condenser. The Grainfather Brewing System can not be used for mashing potatoes.
The Still Spirits Distiller's Range is designed with craft distillers in mind, these products enable you to design recipes with more freedom and creativity compared to pre-blended ingredients. Distiller's Gin yeast should be paired with Nutrients for Light Spirits when making Gin. For Brandy production Distiller's Gin yeast is best paired with Nutrients for Dark Spirits.
